We are from overseas and we checked houses over the internet only. It will be our first house that we will own and we like the best and aligned in our likes and budget. One of our family members referred Jahda to us, we were quite doubtful as we were talking to other Agent but, Jahda was way too more enthusiastic and aggressive (in a good way). She immediately message us and assisted us filtering what kind of house we like down to our budget. She gave us a list and checked on us from time to time. If we are going through deciding phase, she will contact us and give her advise. Unfortunately, the provided list was not we were looking for. We know that looking for a house was not and should be a teamwork with your Agent. After we told Jahda what house we like within the day she reached out to the seller of the house and gave us information. Just like what we said, she’s aggressive.
